I got a new job with a new email address. Can I change my nwayplay.com account email?
I won't have access to the old email for much longer.
Please write to us at support@nwayplay.com with “Account email change” subject line so we can initiate email change request.
For security reasons we will verify ownership of that that email, then change the email address. You must have passed KYC verification on the original account in order for us to proceed.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete your request within 30 days of our receipt of verification of the request. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.
