You can only unlock Prize Boxes one at a time. If you are already unlocking a box, you can speed up the process with Gold or instantly open another box for Gold.
You can also queue up another box to be unlocked. Once your first box finishes unlocking, the queued box will immediately begin unlocking, even while you're away from your phone! Only one additional box can be queued at a time.
