Can I acquire a newly released Superstar through Prize Boxes?

New Superstars are initially 'premium' on release, meaning they'll be available in the store and cannot be earned from prize boxes for a short time. After two weeks, that Superstar will begin to appear in prize boxes.

If you've purchased a premium Superstar, they'll begin appearing in your prize boxes, even if they're still 'premium' in the store.
