To get your account back, make sure:
1. You have the correct account attached to the game.
2. The "Link Device" Setting is lit up. If it is not, the game has not been linked to a Google Account. Once you type in your account name and password, hit yes to link the account.
If you still can't recover your account, please send the following information and describe your issue to Customer Support by hitting the "No" in the lower right of this window from inside the game.
