I was charged but did not receive my purchase!
Please contact Customer Support as they may be able to assist in granting your items! You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the Settings button (top right of the home screen) and then tapping support.
Be sure to include the following information to reduce delay in addressing your concern:
1. What you purchased
2. Attatch a screenshot of your completed Apple or Google purchase.
