Why can't I get Street Fighter Characters?
Street Fighter characters are only available in limited territories for the foreseeable future. We apologize, we were unable to bring these characters to the following countries:
- Brunei
- Cambodia
- China
- East Timor
- Hong Kong
- Indonesia
- Japan
- Laos
- Macau
- Malaysia
- Mongolia
- Myanmar
- Philippines
- Singapore
- South Korea
- Taiwan
- Thailand
- Vietnam.
For participating countries, as Street Fighter characters are available in partnership with Capcom; you will always need to purchase them to unlock them.
