Why can't I join an Alliance?

1. If you leave an alliance, you may not be able to rejoin right away. 
2. The alliance may be set to "invite only." If it is, you must be approved by members in the Alliance to join. 
3. The alliance may have requirements set for a minimum League that you are below
4. The Alliance may be full. Alliances can only have up to 30 members at one time
