Can I Change My Gameplay Server location?

Game Play Servers:

We have game servers all around the globe to help make gaming fast and lag free no matter where you are located*. However, sometime people move and remain connected to a server that is now at a great distance from their new locale, causing serous lag and a poor gaming experience.

* when you create your account we base your server assignment on your IP.

If you make a move (ex: US to France, Paris  - my dream move) we can change your server from North American, US to EU, France for fast, lag free gaming.

Simply drop us a line and make your request.  

Keep in mind that we will need proof of the move:

Types of residency documentation that are acceptable:

• Visa, work permit,  resident alien card, or passport
• Apartment or house lease
• Utility bill for the your house or apartment
• drivers license from current country
• A selfie to match/cross check with ID documents

This is a one-time courtesy, so please don't ask for a server change every time you go on vacation.
