What to do if BFTG characters are not present after installing

 

Some of your in-game content, such as add-ons or season pass items, may need to be downloaded and installed separately.

To check if  all your content has been installed:

•  From the home screen, highlight the game you want to check.
•  Press the down button on the controller. 
•  Select PlayStation Store on the left side of the screen. 
•  Select Your Add-Ons on the right side and press the X button on your controller. 
You will see a list of the content you own. 
•  Check whether the item is marked as "Installed".

You may need to download your content again from the PlayStation Store if it is not installed. 

If your content has been purchased or should be includedi n your season pass, but you see a price displayed instead of the Download button, the purchase may not have been completed.
