collector to super edition upgrade kit  not including season 1

We're sorry you're having an issue with the the  collector to super edition upgrade kit on PS5 not including season 1.

What you need is the standard to super upgrade kit. The collectors to super assumes you have already have the collectors edition/DLC. So that download doesn't have that season.   

Nintendo's description is a bit vague and not completely clear so it understandable that a mistake was made. 

You'll need to rectify this directly with Nintendo CS. We can't fix this as it is all on their end.
