How do I submit a ticket in-game?
Submitting a ticket in-game is always the preferred method of contacting us as doing so includes critical information about your account that can help us solve your issue and can reduce any delay caused by missing needed information.
To submit a ticket in-game
1. Tap the Settings button located at the top right corner of the home screen (gear icon)
2. Tap the Support button
3. Make use of the FAQ articles to have your question addressed. If our FAQ articles weren't able to provide the needed help let us know by answering "Was this helpful?" If the article did not address your concern select "No", then "Contact Us". You can also tap the Icon on the top right when viewing an article to submit.
